Thank you for purchasing or accessing the Rewired for Freedom program, created and owned by Amabile Media, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of and access to the Rewired for Freedom program, website, content, and all related materials, tools, and resources (“Program”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using this Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Program.

1. Program Overview

Rewired for Freedom is a digital, faith-based self-guided program designed to help men overcome pornography addiction and renew their minds in Christ. The Program may include downloadable PDFs, videos, exercises, and other digital resources. No physical shipments are made.

2. Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, videos, audio files, text, graphics, and tools within the Rewired for Freedom Program are the exclusive property of Amabile Media, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You may not share, copy, distribute, reproduce, sell, or otherwise use any part of this Program for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the Program materials for your individual educational and spiritual growth only.

“Rewired for Freedom” and “PERC Method” are trademarks of Amabile Media, LLC and may not be used without authorization.

3. Limitations on Use

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to purchase or access this Program. You agree to use the Program and all related content only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms & Conditions.

Your access credentials (login, password, or download links) are for your personal use only. Sharing access with others violates these Terms and may result in termination of access without refund.

4. Orders, Access, and Refund Policy

All orders for Rewired for Freedom are processed digitally. Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Program materials via email or our designated membership platform.

We stand by the quality of our content and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within the 30-day period. Refunds will not be granted after 30 days, and proof of purchase may be required.

5. Information You Submit

Any information you provide to the Company (including personal details, feedback, testimonials, or ideas) must belong to you. By submitting such information, you grant Amabile Media, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and reproduce that content for business or promotional purposes, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to submit any content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringes upon any third party’s intellectual property or rights.

6. Third-Party Links and References

From time to time, the Program or website may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. These links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement. Amabile Media, LLC is not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party websites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All materials, guidance, and tools in the Rewired for Freedom Program are provided “as is” and “as available.”

While we aim to provide tools for personal and spiritual growth, we make no guarantees of specific outcomes, success, or freedom from addiction. Your progress depends on your personal effort, commitment, and circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amabile Media, LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Amabile Media, LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in or use of the Program.

In no event shall the total liability of Amabile Media, LLC exceed the amount you paid for the Program.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, portions of this limitation may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amabile Media, LLC, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Program or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Severability

If any portion of these Terms & Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law to reflect, as closely as possible, the original intent of the parties. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising under or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
