Amabile Media LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Mrd mobile application (the “Service”).

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data. Our Privacy Policy for Mrd is created with the help of the Free Privacy Policy Generator.

European Union CITIZENS OR Residents

All natural persons whose personal data is processed by AM within the territorial scope of the GDPR, are Data Subjects and entitled to certain rights. Depending on your location, we may provide you with the ability to access, download, and request deletion of your personal information. We’ve updated our Privacy Policy to take into account the new requirements of the GDPR.

Right to Object to Automated decision-making: You have the right not to be subject to automated decision making where this has legal or other significant consequences, except where you have explicitly consented to this or where it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract.

 

Right to Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent allowing AM to process your information at any time and prevent the processing of their data for direct electronic marketing purposes.

 

Exceptions: You can object to processing of your personal data under certain circumstances, unless there is a legitimate ground for processing the personal data, where you have explicitly granted consent, where it is necessary for entering into or performing a contract, or where needs to process the data to establish, exercise AM or defend legal claims.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

General

We offer interactive services which allow users to post content to share publicly. At any time you can delete or remove content you have posted using the deletion or removal options within our services. If you have questions on how to remove content in a specific service or if you would like additional assistance with the deletion you can contact us at hello@amabilemedia.com. Although we offer deletion capability through our services, you should be aware that the removal of content may not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of that content or information posted through the services.

There should be no expectation of privacy in user submitted materials including text, pictures, and other submitted multimedia materials to the Service.

Users are encouraged to keep their usernames and passwords safe.

You have the right to stop any marketing emails received from AM and users can easily opted out of such emails.

Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

We will let you know via email and/or a prominent notice on our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “effective date” at the top of this Privacy Policy.
